Internal company CRM with integrated AI
Navita is BVA Studio’s largest and most complex project to date. We rebuilt the client’s internal CRM from the ground up — replacing a legacy interface with a modern analytics platform, integrated AI, financial reporting, and enterprise-grade data tooling.
Brief
The client relied on an outdated CRM that no longer matched how the team worked. The goal was not a visual refresh alone, but a unified system for financial data, reporting, and analysis — scalable, filter-rich, and augmented with AI to support faster decisions.
What we delivered
Full product redesign — from legacy UI to a modern dashboard with clear navigation, KPI cards, charts, and analytical modes (Period, Cumulative, Analysis).
Enterprise transaction table — filtering by date range, organisation, accounts, dimensions, and data levels; export, pagination, and high-volume data handling without sacrificing performance.
Integrated AI — generative analysis of financial metrics, automated report summaries, and side-by-side comparison of manual edits vs AI-generated content before save.
Reporting and analytics module — turnover, operating margin, quick ratio, return on capital employed, and other KPIs with trend visualisation over time.
Administration and roles — structured access to Reports, Data, and Administration for different user levels.
New design system — shared components, typography, and form/table states so new modules can ship quickly on a consistent foundation.
